Certified Health Coach Mary Lusk has partnered with Mazzitti and Sullivan Counseling Services, in Mechanicsburg, to lead a nutritional series in the firm’s wellness program, which focuses on providing new coping skills to individuals that are trying to live a more balanced life. Presenting nutrition as a strong building block for healthy balance, Lusk collaborates with licensed therapists and other practitioners to support participants with shaping positive attitudes, beliefs and behaviors in a holistic manner.

Lusk received her training as a health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program. Her teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, a leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, chair of nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
