Unity of Palmyra is hosting inspirational speaker and musician Tim Hamm to speak at the 10:30 a.m., October 9, Sunday service on The Gospel of Buddha, and present a workshop, Detox Your Brain, from 12:30 to 2 p.m. He will perform a concert, Music, Mindfulness and Metta, from 7:30 to 9 p.m., October 10.

The workshop will focus on skills to overcome mental blocks, relieve stress, raise confidence and unleash creative potential through the Synchromethod, a revolutionary program to change lives. The concert emphasizes our shared connections as human beings, culminating in a metta (loving-kindness) meditation
