With the theme of Being Your Best Self, the Spirit Of Oneness Holistic Expo, presented by Alta View Wellness Center, will take place October 7 and 8 at Zembo Shrine, in Harrisburg.

With 61 vendors and more than 30 free workshops, the annual holistic gathering is a fundraiser for Nobody’s Cats. It also features live music and great food. Attendees can spend the weekend with like-minded folks, experience a new treatment or get a reading.

The nonprofit Nobody’s Cats Foundation promotes the adoption of trap/neuter/return as the preferred strategy for humanely stabilizing and reducing free-roaming domestic feline populations in 15 South Central Pennsylvania counties.
