Rachel Benbow, CranioSacral Therapist at the Roots of Health, in Harrisburg, has recently achieved CranioSacral Therapy Techniques (CST-T) certification through the Upledger Institute. She is the only CST-T certified therapist in the greater Harrisburg/York area.

Created in 1995, the Upledger Institute certification program currently regulates the standardized model for testing and measuring expertise in the use of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy (CST). Testing comprises a stringent, three-part process involving a written, oral and hands-on examination.
