Lake Meade Homemakers Seeking Speakers on Recycling and Sustainability

A charitable,
educational and social civic group, the Lake Meade Homemakers is
reconvening monthly meetings and looking for speakers on topics such as local
recycling options, sustainability and environmental issues. They fund charities
in Lake Meade and the East Berlin area.
Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month from September
through April (excluding December) at the Lake Meade Fire Hall, with a social
time at 12:30 p.m., meeting at 1 p.m., followed by educational talks on topics
of interest to the group.
Admission is free. Location: 492 Lake
