Brownstone Station WellnessCenter is providing continuing education classes for yoga teachers and licensed massage therapists with Molly Diodato, E500 RYT, YACEP, and Jill Lawley, 500 RYT. New wellness-based workshops have been added, and new Licensed Massage Therapist Anya Romero offers prenatal/postpartum massage, youth massage, infant massage, therapeutic massage, Thai massage and combination massages with far-infrared sauna integration.

 

Classes at Brownstone Station in May include Finding Zen through Purpose: A Mindful Crafting workshop, Reiki-Infused Restorative Yoga, Reiki I , Restorative Yoga with Essential Oils and Reiki, Hands-On Assists and Essentials of Oncology Massage.
