The Balance is now open at 2201 Forest Hills Drive, Suite 9, in Harrisburg. Owner Brenda A. Baxter is a licensed physical therapist assistant and a licensed massage therapist, which helps her understand the body's muscles and movements. She is able to assess restrictions and provide a quality massage to help decrease pain and increase relaxation. The cost is $70 for a standard massage. A discounted rate is available with monthly membership.
