Holistic Retreat at Surreybrooke
The Center of Balance will
hold their premiere Holistic Holiday Retreat from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., August
27, intended to become an annual event, at Surreybrooke Gardens
& Nursery. Owner Louise Kemper calls it "a day retreat to help you
recharge and find your center of balance! Enjoy therapeutic arts, journaling
exercises and lunch in the beautiful gardens at Surreybrooke, followed by a
recharging balance class. Then get in touch with the power of the earth working
with crystals and herbs, and end the day with a drumming circle."
