Tara Saksek, owner of Aeroponic Alchemist, will participate as a vendor at the third annual Health and Wellness Day held at Natural Hope Herb Farm from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., July 6. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree as a registered nurse and is a master herbalist.

 

In addition to Aeroponic Alchemist, the health and wellness day will present a variety of vendors, organic foods and demonstrations such as beekeeping, cheese making, maple syrup making, rug making, food drying, preserving and homesteading demonstrations with herbalists and farmers. Keynote speakers will address designing a health program, the physical seat of emotions, the effects of chronic stress and more. Aeroponically grown herbal products can be purchased at the event or online.

 

Aeroponic Alchemist uses aeroponic and organically grown herbs, flowers and oils to create a variety of herbal-based products and remedies. Aeroponic gardening delivers high-density nutrients to each blend, while organic herbs are harvested with care, being mindful of the environment and responsible sourcing efforts.
