Celebrate The Earth, the Trees, and Life Wild & Free

Join us for the 5th Annual Earth Day Celebration in the wilds of historic downtown Carlisle, PA on Saturday April 26, 2025 from 12-4 pm!

This is a grass roots, down to earth, free, family friendly, outdoor (rain or shine) community event to mindfully connect people to the planet with over 30 environmental educators, eco-organizations, and earth-based makers sharing information, resources, and activities to help our community learn, grow, share, and connect to life in the bigger picture! There will also be activities, games, music, raffles & special guests throughout the afternoon, as well as an opportunity to Shop Small with earth-based artists & makers in Celebration of The Earth, The Trees, and Life Wild & Free! There will also be items for sale at booths by eco-organizations to support their environmental work and initiatives! Our shop will also be open for earth-based art, goods, gear & guides for home, garden & trail.

The event is held in the Carlisle Borough parking lots on West Chapel Ave in downtown Carlisle between Earth Artisan & Outfitter (37 W Chapel Ave) and Carlisle Borough Hall. Please dress for the weather & come prepared for whatever Mother Nature has in store! We also recommend bringing a backpack or bag for information and takeaways you gather at the celebration.

Parking is available on the street for free, and in the Pomfret Street parking garage for an hourly fee. We highly recommend carpooling, walking, biking, hiking, wheeling, skipping, running, jumping, and dancing in your way in!
