Come relax, release, and recharge as Jennifer guides you through a mystic sound immersion by playing a variety of crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums, gongs, chimes, and more. Allow the vibrations of sound to guide you into a meditative state where you can experience grounding, healing, and transformational shifts which can be felt through your entire body, mind, and spirit.

Bring things to help you relax comfortably (yoga mat/blanket/pillow, chair, etc). We will set up at 11, settle in and begin at 11:10, and finish around 11:50 giving you time to resurface and explore the tools used.

There are no age restrictions, however we ask that individuals be able to remain still and quiet for the duration of the sound immersion.
