Pranayama (Prana=Life Force, Yama=control) is the practice of regulating your breath.
Using Breathwork as a tool can help you:

In this workshop you will learn and experience several breathwork techniques.
Handouts are included.
Please dress comfortably and bring what you need to be comfortable in a meditative position. (mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering)
Chairs are also available if laying down is not comfortable.
