farmers’ market, featuring the freshest fruits, produce, flowers, mushrooms,
meats, cheeses, honey and baked goods, as well as snacks and meals to go. All
produce is grown within 50 miles of downtown Carlisle.
Services offered: Certified
organic fruits and vegetables, in addition to conventional produce; grass-fed
beef, lamb, poultry and pork; artisan cheeses; raw honey; fresh mushrooms;
gluten free and natural baked goods—all fresh from local farms and seasonally
appropriate.
Areas of specialty: A
fun, authentic experience where customers find healthful, flavorful foods grown
by farmers from their community. Live music and activities, too. Come see us,
it’s worth the trip.
Philosophy: Our mission is
to support local farmers by directly connecting all community members to
quality regional products in a vibrant, producer-only farmers’ market. Food
assistance benefits (SNAP, FMNP) are doubled through the Fresh Match Program.
