Laughter Yoga Leader Certification Training

Joyful ViBRAYtions are offering a fun and engaging two-day certified Laughter Yoga Leader training the weekend of March 21 and 22 at Leg Up Farm Market, in York. No prior yoga experience or training is necessary. Owners Tammy and Jack Bray are certified Laughter Yoga leaders and teachers through Laughter Yoga International University.

They say Laughter Yoga leadership is valuable in many ways because it opens the doors to more joy in life, provides leadership enhancing knowledge and skills to bring more joy to self and others, and teaches how to lead laughter sessions for communities, family, friends, groups and other organizations. Laughter Yoga offers a multitude of health and life-enhancing benefits along with the fun.
